Actor Lateef Adedimeji Rejoice As His Movie, Lisabi Returns Back To First Position On Netflix

Nollywood actor and first-time Netflix producer Lateef Adedimeji is overjoyed as his film, Lisabi, regains its number-one spot on Netflix.

Famous9ja previously reported in September that Lateef had ventured into filmmaking with Lisabi, a movie honoring the legendary Egbaland warrior.

Unable to contain his excitement, Lateef expressed his joy over the film’s return to Netflix’s top ten list. He extended his gratitude to his production team and his wife, Mo Bimpe, for their unwavering support.

Lateef went on to tease the sequel of Lisabi, which he promised wouldn’t disappoint the public.

“We’re back to the top 10 movies on Netflix, and it means so much to me, my principal partner (my beloved wife), and everyone at Al Notions.

The second part, LISABI – A LEGEND IS BORN is upon us. I promise you, it’s out of this world. Wait for it. You won’t be disappointed.

See you soon guys!

Mo Bimpe was thrilled a day ago when Lisabi was listed among the top ten most searched-for films of 2024. Data don’t lie, Bimpe said, adding that she was happy to be mentioned while discussing filmmaking in 2024. Lateef and Bimpe visited Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun as a courtesy when Lateef debuted Lisabi 1.

In addition to saying that it was wonderful to go home and that he was overjoyed to see his film getting such strong support and approval from the State Government, Lateef praised the Governor for recognizing the extraordinary talents in the State and that he was humbled.
