Ooni Of Ife Estranged wife, Olori Naomi Land In Hospital Following Arrest By The Police

Olori Naomi Silekunola Ogunwusi, the estranged wife of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has reportedly been hospitalized following her arrest.

Earlier this week, Famous9ja reported that Olori Naomi found herself in a challenging situation due to her recent charity event.

The mother of the crown prince, in collaboration with Agidigbo 88.7 FM Ibadan, owned by Oriyomi Hamzat, organized an event to feed the underprivileged. Tragically, a stampede during the event resulted in the loss of nearly 32 children’s lives.

While expressing sympathy to the victims’ families, the governor pointed out that steps had been taken to support victims and prevent other deaths.

According to information obtained by Gossipinfo, the former Queen apparently passed out and was taken to the hospital soon after the police arrested her.

Ooni sent his deepest sympathies to the families of the deceased as soon as the situation was publicized. He was supportive of Naomi. He praised her qualities and mentioned how she enjoyed planning similar occasions while she was a member of the royal family.

In other news Jada Pollock, who is expecting her third child with renowned singer Wizkid, has spoken out against being labeled as merely a “baby mama.

In a recent interview with BET UK, the talent manager expressed her frustration with how her identity is often reduced to this term. She recalled issuing a statement celebrating Afrobeat’s progress after Wizkid’s Grammy win, only to be described by several blogs as “Wizkid’s baby mama.”

Jada stressed that such labels undermine her accomplishments and overlook her contributions as a dedicated entrepreneur and business professional. She highlighted her role not just as a mother but also as a manager who has been instrumental in building a lasting legacy.

“When Wizkid won a Grammy, I wrote a statement about how far afrobeat has come. They put the statement out, and the caption was “Wizkid baby mama.” The narrative is not seen as you’re an entrepreneur and hardworking businesswoman. I’m not only a mother but also a manager, and I’ve helped build a legacy”.
