Veteran Nollywood actor Prince Jide Kosokohas commended his colleague, Dele Odule, during a visit to his hometown.
In a post shared on Instagram, Jide revealed that he and his team recently visited Oru Ijebu to inspect costumes for an upcoming movie. Dele Odule, who owns the costumes, took him on a tour of his Ile Asa complex. According to Jide, the complex is designed to redefine the arts and culture sector, with Dele spearheading its development.
Expressing admiration for Dele Odule, Jide Kosoko shared his excitement about the project’s completion and its potential impact once fully operational.
Yesterday, I and my team visited Oru Ijebu to inspect some of the costumes to be used for Esugbayi Eleko – The Movie! Dele Odule, who is the owner of the costumes, took me around his Ile Asa complex, a beautiful and proudly African culture complex that is set to redefine the arts and culture sub-sector.
His experience and training as an artist also came in handy, as he designed the complex himself and the art materials, as shown in this video.

Similarly, Femi Adebayo had expressed pride in his colleague and movie producer, Kunle Afolayan, after he visited his film village. Kunle had shared photos from Femi’s visit and had appreciated him for stopping by and he replied, urging him to keep making Nigerians proud.
Last year, Ibrahim Chatta was left humbled following a visit by the Oyo State National Police Force (NPF) to his Film village. He shared a video of their visit, as he expressed how humbled he was to receive them. He revealed that they discussed the security of their community, curbing piracy, and sensitive movie props around Oyo State with ease.
The police weren’t the only one who visited his film village. Toyin Abraham visited his film village and Chatta had poked fun at her over her weight and tummy. He teased the actress not to eat too much because of her stomach and in defence, Toyin noted how she had lost weight as she revealed she only eats chew gums.
