A video shared by Temilola Soboola captured the touching scene, showing Pasuma lovingly holding and bonding with his grandson.
It was the singer’s first time meeting the newborn, and he couldn’t hide his joy as he showered the baby with heartfelt prayers. The sweet moment melted hearts, prompting an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans and well-wishers on social media.
Recall that his son, Jibola Odetola, also his namesake and lookalike, made him proud when he graduated high school with flying colours.
The teenager was the best-graduating student in his class and the valedictorian of the ceremony.
Pasuma’s son reportedly graduated with a 4.20 GPA and received over $400,000 in scholarships for being the best student.
The young boy shared his graduation photos on his Instagram page and expressed gratitude to God for being the valedictorian and his academic success.
In 2023, Pasuma lost and mourned his mother’s death. His mother died on the 6th of April, 2023.
The singer, in the company of friends and Muslim clerics, wept uncontrollably for his mother. While bidding his mother farewell, he urged her to continue watching over him from heaven.
