Veteran Nollywood actor Ibrahim Chatta has shared the incredible story behind financing his viral N1.4 billion film village in Oyo State.

In a recent video that has captured the public’s attention, Chatta revealed that he funded the N1.4 billion project without taking any loans.

According to the actor, he amassed the substantial sum from an unexpected source of income during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Chatta, who has been making headlines for his grand film village, explained that he turned to providing personalized shout-outs during the lockdown, collaborating with fellow actor Tayo Sobola.

Each shout-out reportedly earned him about N300,000, and the high demand for these requests significantly contributed to his financial success.

The actor also revealed that before the film village, he had no savings and was struggling with incomplete property projects.

He described how he had been praying for funds to finish the construction of one such property, which was stalled at the lintel level.

Ibrahim Chatta attributed his breakthrough to divine intervention, expressing gratitude to God for the timely assistance.
