As a reminder, Mohbad, born Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, passed away on September 12th, 2023, at the age of 27. His death has been shrouded in controversy, with several individuals, including his former boss Naira Marley, Sam Larry, his wife Wunmi, and some friends and a nurse, being implicated in the ongoing discussions surrounding his untimely demise.

In a recent TikTok live, Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, was seen still deeply grieving his late son. The video captured him emotionally jamming to Mohbad’s hit track “Sorry.”

In “Sorry,” Mohbad reflects on how his father took care of him and sent him to a polytechnic, even though he wasn’t receiving a salary after Mohbad’s mother left the family for 10 years. The video of his father vibing to the song, filled with emotion, reveals the immense pain he’s enduring after his son’s passing last year.

Over the past few months, Mohbad’s father has persistently called for the results of the autopsy and toxicology tests regarding his son’s death. He has also demanded that Wunmi, Mohbad’s wife, undergo a DNA test to confirm that their son, Liam, is indeed his biological grandchild.
