Legendary Nollywood actor Chiwetalu Agu has joined the growing list of Nigerian celebrities who have recently passed away, as he penned heartfelt tributes in their memory.
The 68-year-old veteran took to his Instagram page to share a video, where he emotionally honored late singer Mohbad, Onyeka Onwenu, actors Sharon Okpamen, John Okafor (Mr. Ibu), Amaechi Muonagor, Don Brown, Sisi Quadri, Aderemi, Junior Pope, Jumoke Aderonmu, late Access Bank CEO Herbert Wigwe, and many more.
Chiwetalu Agu, renowned for his iconic roles in Nollywood, took a moment to pay tribute to the late singer Mohbad, whose untimely passing at a young age deeply shocked fans and left the Nigerian music industry mourning the loss of such a promising talent.
In the clip, he was seen individually naming the late entertainers and praying for their souls to rest in peace.
The video was captioned, “May God grant them eternal rest”.
