Nigerian media personality Daddy Freeze has sparked mixed reactions with his latest social media post, where he shared a list of the richest artists in Nigeria.
This comes in the midst of the ongoing online feud between Wizkid and Davido, with the “Essence” hitmaker throwing shade at Davido, calling him cheap, talentless, and overrated. Some believe the beef stems from Davido’s Puma deal and UBA endorsements.
In his verified Instagram post on October 7th, 2024, Daddy Freeze revealed the updated list, which shows Davido at the top with an estimated net worth of $100 million.
Taking the second spot on the list is music mogul and CEO of Mavin Records, Don Jazzy, with a net worth of $50 million. Following him is Grammy Award winner Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy, who has a net worth of $30 million.
In fourth place is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known as Wizkid, with a net worth of $25 million. Rounding out the top five is “Calm Down” hitmaker Rema, whose net worth stands at $15 million.
According to the rankings shared by the media personality, Davido is four times wealthier than Wizkid and has a combined net worth greater than Wizkid and Burna Boy put together.
Sharing the graphics of the richest Nigerian artistes which has now gone viral online, Daddy Freeze congratulated Davido. The media personality wrote; “Congratulations Davido.”.
