Nigerian singer Simi recently shared a video on Snapchat, which prompted one of her fans to speculate that she might be pregnant.
In response, Simi simply remarked that the fan was not minding their own business, without further elaboration.
The fan’s comment, often referred to as “womb watching,” sparked irritation among many netizens, who pointed out that there were more important issues in the country to focus on.
On the other hand, there were some netizens who seemed to focus more on her appearance, with some making snide remarks about the singers.

Simi isn’t the only the celebrity that has had womb watchers on her case, because a few months ago, BBNaija alum Lilo Aderogba had to strongly address rumors that she was pregnant.
The rumor started when she posted a photo of herself in a maxi dress. A lot of the comments under the photo were speculating that she was pregnant.
