“First Time Voter” – Davido makes history as he cast his vote in the ongoing 2024 US election

Famous Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, recently made history by participating in the ongoing 2024 U.S. election.

Sharing the news on his Instagram stories today, November 5th, 2024, Davido confirmed that he had cast his vote in the election.

The 2024 United States elections, held today, include the presidential race in which the president and vice president will be elected. The next presidential election is set for 2028.

Polls are now open across the United States for the 2024 election, including in the critical battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

As of now, the presidential race between Democratic candidate Kamala Harris and Republican candidate Donald Trump remains incredibly close, with results still undecided.

Both candidates are showing strong performances in these key states, adding to the suspense as votes are counted and the nation eagerly awaits the final outcome.

In a recent post, Davido hinted at his famous lyrics from the hit song “Summy Body” with Olamide: “With Yankee passport dem say we local, You better catch up I go see you later.”
