Segun Ogungbe, a well-known actor in the Nigerian film industry (Nollywood), has addressed the rumors surrounding his purported separation from his second wife and fellow actress, Wunmi Ajiboye.
Recently, an controversial blogger named Gist Lover published an article alleging that Segun Ogungbe and Wunmi Ajiboye had grown apart due to an alleged instance of infidelity involving Wunmi Ajiboye.
A portion of his statement reads, “You all remember their story, right? How Wunmi came to learn the ropes from Segun Ogungbe and supposedly took Atinuke’s husband, became pregnant for him as well. In fact, they almost pushed Atinuke away, but she stood her ground and focused on her children… All I can say is that Wunmi has been caught red-handed, she even packed her belongings. Both families are trying to resolve the issue, but things have gone too far. The first wife has emerged victorious at last, and the second wife is back on the streets.”
In response to this, Segun Ogungbe took to his Instagram Live to share a video featuring his alleged estranged wife on a movie set, indicating that they are still together.
While Segun Ogungbe did not directly address the reports regarding his marriage, the timing of the Instagram live video coincided with the media attention surrounding his marital situation.
