“All The Guys I Dated Usually Break Up With Me Because Of My Ex Husband”- Mustapha Sholagbade Babymama Adewumi Fatai Reveal

Yoruba film actress Dewunmi Fatai has opened up about her current romantic struggles and the challenges she faces in finding a committed partner. She revealed that while she is open to love, being a single mother has led many men to reject her, making her search for a life partner more difficult than she anticipated.

In an interview on the official YouTube page of Oyinmomo TV, Fatai shared that she remains unmarried and continues to seek a man who will accept her for who she is.

She explained that while some men initially express interest in a relationship, they often back out upon learning that she has a child. Their unwillingness to embrace her son as part of the relationship has been one of the biggest obstacles in her love life.

Beyond the challenges of being a single mother, Dewunmi Fatai also opened up about other reasons her past relationships have ended. She revealed that while many of her partners started off well, they later became frustrated for reasons she often found difficult to understand. These sudden mood changes and irritations, she noted, were usually signs of deeper issues that ultimately led to breakups.

Fatai expressed her disappointment over how some men perceive her personality, with a few labeling her as “too tough.” She explained that while she values her independence and stands her ground, some partners have misinterpreted this as a flaw. Rather than compromising her identity to fit unrealistic expectations, she chooses to walk away from relationships where she doesn’t feel valued.

Despite these setbacks, she remains optimistic about finding a partner who genuinely appreciates her and is willing to build a future with her and her son. She emphasized that true love should be inclusive and accepting, rather than conditional and selective. Her ultimate desire is to find someone who understands the responsibilities that come with love and family.

For now, Fatai continues to focus on her career and personal growth while keeping an open heart for the right person. She believes that love should not be forced or rushed and that when the right man comes along, he will love her for who she is, including her role as a devoted mother.

She said, “I’m single and looking for a good man, but some men keep dumping me because of my son. A few of the men that I have dated have generally had a good beginning with me, but they usually break up with me because they think I’m too tough as a woman. Sometimes they would become irritated with no reason, and I usually end the relationship whenever I witnessed such behavior.”
