Mohbad’s wife, Omowunmi, has finally spoken up in an emotional interview with Chude Jideonwo, where she revealed some shocking details about her late husband’s family.
During the interview, she expressed deep sorrow, stating that she feels God cheated her husband because Mohbad didn’t deserve to die.
Omowunmi also disclosed that she no longer feels safe, as she receives death threats in her DM daily. According to her, the situation has escalated to the point where she either speaks up or suffers in silence.
She accused her father-in-law of trying to take control of Mohbad’s properties and everything he left behind. She claimed that he is willing to go to any lengths to ruin her life if he doesn’t get his way.
Recalling the past, she revealed that he was the happiest man on her wedding day, but after Mohbad’s passing, he cruelly called his own grandson a bastard. He also mocked Liam, saying the child has a “bold leg,” insisting that such a trait doesn’t exist in their family background.
She further alleged that her father-in-law even claimed that Mohbad once attempted to throw their son into the Third Mainland Bridge.
Omowunmi also stated that she is willing to conduct a DNA test, but her father-in-law demanded that once the results are out, she must keep them private and not let the world know.
