Chelsea VS Nottingham Forest: Chelsea Strongest Possible Lineup including Lavia, Jackson, Enzo And Caicedo that could face Forest

Chelsea eagerly anticipates achieving a third consecutive victory, a feat they haven’t accomplished since March. They will be hosting Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge in this Saturday’s Premier League match.

In their recent game, Mauricio Pochettino’s squad narrowly secured a 2-1 victory against AFC Wimbledon during the second round of the EFL Cup. Conversely, Nottingham Forest was eliminated by Burnley in the same round of the competition.

When Chelsea faced Wimbledon, a team from the lower League Two, in their EFL Cup opener, there were high expectations for several changes. Despite having to enter the competition in the second round due to their absence from European football, Chelsea was caught off guard by an early penalty from James Tilley, even with the presence of promising young talents on the pitch.

However, Chelsea managed to level the score just before halftime, courtesy of a penalty converted by Noni Madueke. In the second half, they introduced some of their top players, and eventually, guided by Pochettino’s leadership, they secured the victory with a goal from Enzo Fernandez.

Chelsea encountered a challenging EFL Cup round, but they secured a more convincing victory in their inaugural Premier League match of the season against Luton Town. Raheem Sterling played a pivotal role, scoring twice and assisting Nicolas Jackson.

Currently, Chelsea stands in 10th place on the Premier League table with four points from their initial three games. This positioning aligns with their performance from the previous season. However, their triumphant three-goal performance against Luton Town not only ended an eight-game winless streak at home but also injects a morale boost for their Premier League campaign ahead.
