The movie debut of Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon, titled ‘All’s Fair in Love,’ has quickly become a box office success, grossing N27 million just days after its release on February 14, 2024.
In a recent Instagram post by Deyemi, the movie has achieved remarkable milestones, including the highest opening weekend for a Nollywood film in 2024, the highest opening weekend for a Nollywood Romcom, the highest-grossing Nollywood film of the weekend, and the biggest February opening for a Nollywood film to date.
‘All’s fair in love’, premiered on Valentine’s day, revolves around the intricacies of relationships between two Nigerian business partners and friends, who find themselves entangled in a romantic pursuit of the same woman, played by Buhle Samuels.
The blockbuster movie stars Deyemi Okanlawon, Timini Egbuson, Lateef Adedimeji, Ireti Doyle, Juliet Ibrahim, Beauty Tukura, Venita Akpofure, Kunle Bamtefa, Gbubemi Ejeye, Kenzy Udonsenm, Oprah Okereke, and Timilehin Ojeola.
Expressing his joy and gratitude, Deyemi Okanlawon took to his timeline to appreciate his fans for their support.
