Billionaire businessman Dr. Adedeji Adeleke, father of renowned singer Davido, made an astonishing N1 billion donation to the Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) Church’s Centenary Endowment Fund, showcasing his compassion and dedication.
This generous contribution was made in memory of his late mother, Madam Esther Adeleke, during a Thanksgiving ceremony at the church’s headquarters in Lagos.
Dr. Adeleke’s announcement was met with cheers and loud applause from the audience.
Dignitaries, including Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, and Lagos State Governor Sanwo-Olu, all grinned with approval.
Making the announcement, Dr Adeleke said:
“On behalf of our late mother, senior mother in Israel, late Mrs Esther Adeleke, we want to contribute to the endowment fund, Centenary Endowment Fund. We are contributing the sum of N1 billion.”
