Losing a mother is an agony like no other. Two years ago, Funke Akindele, a Nollywood actress, experienced this heartbreaking loss. Yet, the sorrow and memories remain ever-present.
On her Instagram, she shared a heartfelt photo of cherished moments spent with her late mother. She expressed how deeply she misses her and how it still feels like a dream.
She wrote: “Mum. It’s been two years since you left us. It’s still like a dream, my darling mother. I miss you so much!! Keep resting in peace!!!.”
Funke Akindele was on the phone with her best friend Eniola Badmus, who had called to comfort her, in another video that has been making the rounds online.
Eniola promised to take on the role of Funke Akindele’s mother during their lighthearted talk.
