EPL: Real Men against boys – Rio Ferdinand reacts to Arsenal’s 5-0 Triumph Over Chelsea

Rio Ferdinand, the former Manchester United defender turned football pundit, has voiced his amazement at Arsenal’s dominant 5-0 win over Chelsea, describing the match as a demonstration of “men against boys.”

The thrilling encounter took place at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday, witnessing Arsenal’s electrifying second-half performance culminating in a decisive victory.

Leandro Trossard kickstarted the scoring with a precise finish before halftime, laying the foundation for an explosive second-half showcase.

In the latter period, Arsenal intensified their offensive onslaught, with Kai Havertz and Ben White each netting a brace to dismantle Chelsea’s defense.

The Gunners’ relentless attacking display left Chelsea struggling to keep pace, resulting in four goals conceded in rapid succession.

Reflecting on the match, Rio Ferdinand shared his insights on TNT Sports, saying: “They [Chelsea] were second best all over the pitch today. This was men against boys.

“They have been good in recent weeks and this season. I think they were way off it.”
