Mercy Aigbe Adeoti has faced criticism from Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Lizzy Anjorin for allegedly supporting her husband, Mr. Lawal Adeoti, in his divorce.
At the Thin Line premiere, Lizzy Anjorin shared a photo of Mercy Aigbe alongside Fola Tinubu and Iyabo Ojo, expressing her grievances. She accused Fola Tinubu of humiliating, dragging, and blackmailing her husband after their marriage.
Lizzy also criticized Mercy Aigbe for her approach, contrasting it with her own experience, where she claimed to have cursed her husband and children rather than engage in similar behavior.
Lizzy began her video by highlighting a photo of Funsho Adeoti, commending the mother of four for staying dignified. She praised Funsho for not revealing her husband’s secrets or using sensitive recordings for blackmail.
She went on to challenge Mercy Aigbe for supporting her even when her husband’s first wife did not threaten her or her children. She claimed Mercy is soliciting views for her newly released cinema blockbuster.
Despite Lizzy Anjorin speaking her mind about how she felt, netizens dragged her for always including her husband’s ex-wife in her drama.
