The UK-based Nigerian lady, identified as @that_theatre_nursebackup on TikTok, expresses her distress over the apparent enlargement of her nose due to pregnancy.
At just four months into her pregnancy, she expresses surprise at the significant size of her nose.
In the video, she can be seen turning her head from side to side, carefully examining her enlarged nose from various angles.

“Why is my nose big? Just 4 months and my nose is big like someone in the labour room.”
