“His Intentions Are Clear, Please don’t destroy his career” Yomi Fabiyi Plea For Trinity Guy over skit with minor

Yomi Fabiyi, a prominent figure in Nollywood, has come forward to provide support for Trinity Guy, a well-known skit-maker, in the midst of controversy surrounding one of his recent skits featuring a minor.

Previously, Trinity Guy faced legal charges and was denied bail, resulting in his imprisonment.

Yomi Fabiyi has expressed his opinion on the matter, presenting a unique viewpoint. The actor acknowledged that pranks are a widespread global phenomenon and are recognized as forms of artistic expression, therefore arguing against penalizing Trinity Guy.

Fabiyi further made the case that while minors may participate in movies portraying soldiers or combatants, engaging in such actions in real life would be considered criminal offenses.

Yomi Fabiyi appealed to the police, requesting them to refrain from ruining Trinity’s career and life. He advocated for Trinity’s release, emphasizing that if it is confirmed that Trinity obtained consent, the video in question was intended as a skit, and he had no involvement with the minor, then he should be allowed to go free.
