I am already a billionaire, I don’t want money, just feature me – Portable beg Wizkid & Davido

Portable has been an influential figure in shaping urban culture through his impactful music and attention-grabbing lifestyle since rising to prominence in the mainstream.

He’s recently caught attention again, this time with a request directed at Nigerian megastars Wizkid and Davido.

In a video shared on his Instagram, Portable responded to Wizkid’s recent philanthropic gesture of giving rising Hypeman GOE 20 million naira. In his message, Portable reminded Nigerians that he was the one who encouraged Wizkid to show love to the streets.

Portable’s claims seem to hold ground. During his appearance on the Honest Mind Podcast, the Street Pop star appealed to megastars Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy, urging them to extend their support to the grassroots.

Observing Wizkid’s response to his plea by gifting Hypeman GOE 20 million naira after the release of his single ‘Big Wizzy (Italawa),’ which was dedicated to the Grammy winner, Portable has voiced his own request.

In the video, he clarified that he’s not seeking money from Wizkid but instead desires a verse from him, believing it would translate into greater earnings. Similarly, he made a comparable request from Davido, seeking a life-changing verse that could positively impact his career.

Portable has been on the search for his next big collaboration since enjoying mainstream success from the Olamide Baddo-assisted ‘Zazzu Zeh’ hit single.

Portable has requested collaborations from Afrobeats superstars Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, and Asake as he nurses superstar ambitions of his own.

None of the superstars on his list have given him a verse yet but Portable remains unrelenting in his efforts.
