The night of April 29th, 2024 until midnight on April 30th turned into a battleground on X, with Wizkid and Davido engaging in a heated exchange.
As Wizkid launched scathing attacks on Davido and his entourage, branding them delusional and even ridiculing Peruzzi as a mere “pant washer” songwriter, he didn’t hold back. Additionally, he reshared a video of Davido allegedly pleading to sleep with an American model.
In response, Davido took aim at Wizkid’s music career, portraying him as sick, mocking his stature and shoe size, and accusing him of domestic violence while insinuating Wizkid’s attempt to leverage him for publicity ahead of his upcoming music release.
Unfazed, Wizkid fired back, asserting Davido’s lack of individual success in comparison to his own achievements.
The “Essence” star emphasized Davido’s reliance on songwriters for his influence, confidently stating that even if he were to retire today, Davido could never match his level of accomplishment in the music industry.
Wizkid tweeted; “I got nun to say to u my boy! I can retire today and you still not on my level. You be influencer with a song writer . Wish u well ✌️.”
