Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe recently shared insights into her marriage with marketer Kazim Adeoti, expressing deep affection for their relationship.

During an interview on TVC’s ‘Your View,’ she revealed that her love for her husband influenced her decision to convert to Islam, highlighting the profound impact of love on their bond, which led to a change in her initial choices.

Mercy emphasized how she strongly felt that Kazim was the right person for her. Despite the challenges, as a mother of two, she described herself as someone deeply in love, stating that her experiences were not something every woman could endure.

Regarding Kazim’s senior wife, Mercy expressed that there’s abundant love for her too within their dynamic.

“I love my husband, I love my husband so very much. I don’t think any woman would have gone through what I went through. It’s is love for did that for me. It is because of love I did what I did. I am such a lover girl, I love love.

I decided to change my religion because of the love I have for my husband. I am a 45 years old woman”.

Recall that Mercy Aigbe made headlines last year when she finally came clean about her relationship with married Marketer, Kazim Adeoti, who shares four kids with his first wife. Despite the heavy criticisms and backlash the couple received, their love seems to wax stronger daily.

The movie star had surprised many this year when she converted to Islam following her marriage and had given herself a Muslim name, Hajia Minnah.

Speaking on the meaning behind the name, Mercy Aigbe revealed that her husband, Kazim Adeoti was the one who gave her the name, and it means Mercy… Gift from Allah.

Though she understands that it isn’t a common name, the meaning behind the name is powerful, sweet, and unique hence why her husband suggested it to her.
