Nigerian artist Alhaja Azeezat has shared her experience of losing a significant amount of money after producing a song with renowned singer Saheed Osupa. She also recounted how a marketer sabotaged her efforts in the music industry.
In an interview posted on the official YouTube channel of Oyinmomo TV, Alhaja Azeezat revealed that she was devastated after losing five million naira, which she had invested in the song.
Reflecting on the experience, she said, “I traveled to Ibadan to meet Saheed Osupa and recorded a song with him. I spent over four million naira on the production. Several marketers were eager to promote the song because they believed it was destined to become a hit.”
I cried when I lost over 4 million naira I used to produce my own song with Saheed Osupa. The marketer only gave me 300,000 naira in installments, and up till now I haven’t received any additional money.”
In other news Fuji musician Saheed Osupa recently visited his colleague Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as Kwam1 or K1 de Ultimate, to offer his condolences following the loss of his mother, Alhaja Halimot Anifowoshe.
On Thursday, Saheed shared an emotional tribute along with a video of the visit on his Instagram page, capturing the heartfelt moment.
