In response to claims that the late actress Jumoke Aderounmu was ignored, actor and film director Tobi Makinde defends celebrated actress Funke Akindele.
This happened after Funke was criticized on social media by Jumoke’s brother, who claimed that Funke had neglected the actress in her hour of need.
Tobi Makinde disputed allegations that Funke mistreats her employees, highlighting the fact that he credits her affection, support, and mentorship for a large portion of his success.
He thanked her for her generosity and emphasized how much her loving support has meant to him.
Tobi went on to express his appreciation for the mother of two, praising her for her unwavering faith, her ability to overcome hardship, and her conviction that nothing can ever defeat her and her family.
In his words;
“Mama I love you always…You’re God’s delight and no weapon fashioned against you and your household shall prosper in Jesus’ name. You have been so kind to me and your love for me is not something I will forget in a hurry. I wouldn’t be who I am today without your love, training, and tutelage. Thank you for all you do ma! It is important to remember that Jumoke Aderounmu passed away a few days ago after a medical condition.
