Renowned Nigerian actress Biodun Okeowo, popularly known as Omoborty, has voiced her disapproval on social media for fellow industry professionals and brands that continue to prioritize their business endeavors in the wake of singer Mohbad’s tragic passing.
On her Instagram page, she issued a firm reprimand to any colleague or brand that places their business interests above the quest for justice for Mohbad.
In her words, “If by now, as a brand or whatsoever you call yourself…. All you still do on your page is to prioritise your business above this boys death and You haven’t lend your voice on Imole’s isssue, Then you’re wicked, Odaju ni e!
Ain’t posting for any brand for now! If, by now, as a brand or whatever you identify as, you continue to prioritize your business over the tragic death of this young boy and have not spoken out on Imole’s issue, then you are showing a lack of compassion.
