After Nkechi Blessing publicly apologized to the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners of Nigeria (TAMPAN) and its president, Bolaji Amusan, known as Mr. Latin, at the Canadian entertainment awards, Nollywood actor Damola Olatunji praised her actions.
The internet buzzed when Nkechi Blessing knelt to admit her mistakes, seeking forgiveness from TAMPAN’s leaders and asking for her industry ban to be lifted.
Following her apology, Damola Olatunji shared the viral clip on his page, commending her humility and courage.
Olatunji stated that it took courage for the actress to apologise for her wrongs, and he loves her for doing so. At the same time, he warmly welcomed Nkechi Blessing to the TAMPAN association.
