Chatta, who owns Africhatta Film Village and Resort, revealed that the establishment has attracted numerous visitors and required an investment of at least N1.4 billion naira.
He emphasized that he built the film village independently, without any grants or loans.

Located in Oyo State, the film village spans about 74 acres and features indigenous-style houses adorned with Yoruba cultural drawings. It also includes a stable for horses and other animals.
In a video, Chatta revealed that he invested over N1.4 billion to develop this impressive asset, all without grants or loans. This disclosure has garnered admiration from social media users, who praised his dedication and resilience.
The 54-year-old actor also mentioned that it took him about four years to complete the project due to limited capital.
