Nigerian actress Bimpe Akintunde has reflected on her experience from last October, expressing gratitude to her creator for sparing her life to see another October.
In a post on her verified social media account, the actress shared, “It’s another thankful October for me.
Last year, death stared me in the face. I looked death in the eyes and could have been declared dead, if not for the grace of Almighty Allah.”
It all Started October 1st back in London, I went for an event and returned home very cold.
we thought it was just a mere cold until I couldn’t eat, nor step out of the house for a whole week.
I have never been so sick all my life, I was in @strongndbeautiful_ house for a whole week, terribly sick , we were using all sort of medications calling doctors home and abroad.
I was bundled into my flight on the date of my Return to Nigeria, and on getting to Nigeria I couldn’t stand on my feet.
I alert the immigration officers they helped me with my passport stamping and get my luggage.
I was taking straight to the hospital from the Airport by @bammyclothing , if you see me you will know that I was gone far away.
but Mercy said No. My God said No, I was on this sickness all thru last year October but My God is A Merciful God.
May I not experience an October like that of last year in my life again…….Aamin yah Allah
Everything is real, but God is the realest.
I believe everything, but I believe in God more power
If no be God where I for dey
Alhamdulilai is my song.
Always May any kind of sickness not be our portion
May untimely death not visit our homes
