Renowned Yoruba actor Lekan Olatunji has opened up about his experiences since the passing of his wife. He also shared the challenges he has faced in locating the documents for his home, which were kept by his late wife.
In an interview with Mtec TV, shared on their official YouTube channel, Lekan Olatunji revealed that his wife passed away two years ago. However, he has yet to find the house documents she had stored, making the situation even more difficult for him.
In his statement, he said, “One of the saddest days of my life was the day I lost my wife. Most men always pray to leave some properties behind for their wives and children, but in my case, I’m sad that my wife died before me. My wife died 2 years ago, but till now I don’t know where she kept documents of my house. She was the one who always kept all the important things in the house, and it’s been easy for me to cope without her.”
Recently, Yoruba actor Lekan Olatunji recently opened up about a challenging period in his life, sharing details of a severe injury that forced him to take a break from filmmaking.
In a heartfelt interview, Olatunji recalled the traumatic incident that left him hospitalized for three months and caused significant memory loss.
“There was a time I had an accident, and life was not easy for me at the time because I was admitted to the hospital for three months,” Olatunji shared. “I stopped acting movies when I had a fatal accident; my skull was showing, and I lost memory. I went through a series of surgeries because I could not remember anything, including some people who are close to me. When I was invited for a movie role in the movie industry, I was given a movie script to read, but unfortunately, after reading the script, I forgot everything I read in just a matter of minutes.”
