A Nigerian Imam recently disclosed an encounter with singer Naira Marley and his associate Sam Larry, shedding light on their discussion about the death of Mohbad. This revelation comes in the wake of a viral video showing Naira Marley and Sam Larry responding with “Amen” to a prayer invoking harm upon Mohbad’s murderers.
In the video, the Imam, seated alongside Naira Marley and Sam Larry, offered a prayer seeking retribution for Mohbad’s untimely demise. Despite their previous denial of involvement in Mohbad’s death, Naira Marley and Sam Larry remained silent as the Imam led the prayer.
The incident has sparked widespread speculation and controversy, prompting questions about the extent of Naira Marley and Sam Larry’s connection to Mohbad’s tragic fate.
Upon realizing their presence, the Imam prompted Sam Larry and Naira Marley to join him in reciting prayers.
Reflecting on the encounter, the Imam disclosed that during a subsequent gathering, both individuals reiterated their innocence in relation to the accusations leveled against them.
In the course of their conversation, Naira Marley and Sam Larry reportedly implored the Imam to offer prayers for those responsible for Mohbad’s demise.
He stated:
“In all we do let’s have the fear of God. I liked Mohbad because he was a glorious child like us. Sam Larry and Naira Marley confessed and told me they had nothing to do with Mohbad’s death. They asked me to say a prayer for the person who killed Mohbad”.
