Popular singer Simi has issued a sincere apology after facing criticism for wearing a swimsuit to a poolside event despite being married.
The ‘Duduke‘ crooner was recently spotted at the event in a swimsuit that revealed some parts of her body.
Some self-righteous netizens criticized her for wearing such a revealing outfit to the event, reminding her that she is now a married woman.
In response, Simi apologized, acknowledging her mistake and promising to do better next time. She emphasized that it was an error on her part and assured netizens that she will wear a kaftan and sit by the poolside out of respect for her husband in the future.
Netizens, however, opined that her apology was sarcastic.
