“Oluwa! May my good heart never put me in trouble”- Biola Adebayo Pray Over The Ooni of Ife Wife, Queen Naomi Matters

Nollywood actress Biola Bayo has reacted to the arrest and remand of Naomi Silekunola, the estranged wife of the Ooni of Ife.

According to a report by Famous9ja earlier this week, Naomi found herself in legal trouble following a recent charitable initiative. The former Queen, in collaboration with Agidigbo 88.7 FM Ibadan, owned by Oriyomi Hamzat, had organized an event to feed the less privileged. Tragically, a stampede occurred, resulting in the death of over 32 children.

Subsequently, Naomi and Oriyomi Hamzat were arrested. On Tuesday, a Chief Magistrate ordered both of them to be remanded at the Agodi Correctional Facility.

They were charged with four counts: conspiracy, acceleration of death, negligent acts causing harm, and failure to provide adequate security and medical facilities. Biola Bayo responded to the news on her Instagram page, using Naomi’s case as a prayer point, praying that her good nature wouldn’t land her in trouble. Biola expressed her heartbreak over the news, saying that she cannot stop thinking about it and that her heart is heavy.

She noted how Naomi wanted to put a smile on people’s faces and ended up in a predicament.

“Oluwa jo, ma je kin shi’ore se o.
May my good heart never put me in trouble in Jesus’ name?
The same people who were hailing “Hosanna! Hosanna! Were the ones shouting keel him, keel him”.
I feel so sad seeing the news about Queen Naomi and Alh Oriyomi Hazmat.
This is not different from what some of you are doing, maybe not publicly.
This, too, shall pass!
I’m really pained.

I really can’t get this pain off my mind, my heart is so heavy.

All she wanted to do was put a smile on people’s faces and now. Regret!!!
This can happen to any kind of person, trust me.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!”.
