Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has stirred up online buzz after publicly assaulting a pastor.

Known for his eccentric behavior and frequent outbursts, Portable was captured on camera slapping the pastor, who was preaching near his bar, ‘Odogwu Bar,’ in Sango Ota.

The incident occurred when the pastor reportedly began preaching against alcohol consumption and other immoral activities around the singer’s bar.

This incident angered Portable, prompting him to take to his Instagram Live to express his frustrations about the pastor. He claimed that the evangelist was only seeking the downfall of his business.

During the live session, he delivered a sharp slap to the back of the pastor’s neck, asserting that he didn’t need anyone to protect him. The Zazu crooner also mentioned that he prayed at home and didn’t require anyone to teach him how to pray. He went on to unleash a barrage of curses and insults directed at the clergy.

In his words, “Did you bring business? Did you bring money? Are you mad? You came here and was shouting on my head. Before I left home, I have prayed. Tell him to move forward, it is money we are expecting here.”
