The incident occurred on Thursday at Priscilla’s wedding, where Papaya showed up wearing a dress that had the face of Tanzanian singer Juma Jux boldly printed on her chest. The outfit sparked outrage online, with many Twitter users dragging her for what they deemed an inappropriate fashion choice.
In a viral video from the event, Papaya was seen spraying money on Iyabo Ojo when the bride’s mother pointed out the image of her son-in-law on Papaya’s dress. Stepping in like a protective aunt, Toyin Abraham tried to tear the image off the dress, but Iyabo quickly stopped her, warning that it would damage the outfit.
