Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo playfully teased his colleague Zubby Michael during a recent encounter, poking fun at rumors that Zubby was in the habit of buying actors.
This light-hearted exchange occurred when the two actors linked up, with Alexx Ekubo jokingly remarking that they weren’t meeting to purchase Zubby, referencing Zubby’s earlier boast about his financial capacity to buy fellow actor Timini Egbuson during a conversation with TV personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on the “Ebuka Turns Up Africa” series.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, Alexx Ekubo welcomed Zubby Michael to his residence. Playfully teasing Zubby, Alexx mentioned the rumors about Zubby buying his colleagues and jokingly advised him not to include him in the list.
Continuing in a light-hearted tone, Alexx humorously added that he’s his mother’s only child, implying he’s too precious to be bought.
In response, Zubby Michael assured Alexx that he knows which actors he can buy, emphasizing that Alexx is not one of them, in a playful exchange between the two friends.
