Popular Nollywood actress Mo Bimpe has subtly responded to a troll who mocked her for not having a child with her husband, fellow actor Lateef Adedimeji.
It will be recalled that the couple tied the knot on December 22, 2021, in a lavish ceremony graced by top personalities in the Nigerian entertainment industry. Mo Bimpe, 28, and Lateef Adedimeji, 41, have since continued to share their love story with the public through heartwarming videos and their shared sense of humor.
Though they are yet to have a child together, the couple remains visibly supportive of one another and deeply in love. In a recent video making rounds online, the duo was seen in matching native outfits, sharing affectionate moments effortlessly and radiating joy.
As the couple enjoyed a beautiful moment together in a setting filled with positive vibes, a netizen who came across the video decided to strike a nerve. The internet user criticized Mo Bimpe for not yet having a child with her husband, Lateef Adedimeji, and went further to claim that this might prompt the actor to take a second wife soon.
The comment reads; “Pregnant you no get, no worrry your husband go soon marry another wife.”
This statement by the troll did not sit down well with Mo Bimpe as she promised to use the online user as a scapegoat stressing that this will be a lesson for others who have been mocking her for not having a baby yet.
Mo Bimpe reacted; “If someone has not been treated as a scapegoat, you guys won’t rest, yeah.”
