Nollywood actress Faithia Williams expressed gratitude to her former adversary and colleague, Iyabo Ojo, for her assistance during her father’s funeral.
In April, Famous9ja revealed that Faithia had lost her well-loved father. On Sunday, June 21st, the movie star held the final leg of his funeral in Ikorodu, attended by many of her colleagues.
Despite their past falling out, Iyabo Ojo was one of the unexpected guests at the funeral. Videos circulating online show the leading ladies conversing and hugging, with Iyabo Ojo showering Faithia with cash.
Iyabo Ojo took to her Instagram page to share photos of her outfit for the burial ceremony. Referring to Faithia as her sister, she prayed for her father’s soul to continue to rest in peace.

Taking to her comment section, Faithia appreciated her for her support. She wrote, “Thanks so much, Darling sis. I appreciate your coming”.
To refresh your memory, Iyabo Ojo and Faithia Balogun split up after Faithia allegedly disclosed details about Iyabo Ojo nearly dying after surgery. Consequently, Iyabo Ojo accused Faithia Williams of being a witch on her 51st birthday.
When Iyabo Ojo lost her mother a few months later, Faithia shared a condolence message on Instagram, leading many to believe the actresses were reconciling. Supporters applauded Faithia’s gesture and expressed hope for a resolution. However, Faithia removed the condolence post after Iyabo Ojo failed to acknowledge it.
