Veteran Nollywood actress Ronke Oshodi Oke, whose birth name is Ojo Anthony, recently delved into the reasons behind spending nearly a decade with her partner, sharing her insights during an interview.
In a conversation on “withChude,” the accomplished actress and movie producer addressed the matter and dispelled rumors regarding any breast enlargement surgery. Ronke Oshodi Oke clarified that her transformation was a result of her weight loss journey, which led to a reduction in various areas of her body.
Unveiling the origins of her moniker “Ronke Oshodi Oke,” the actress recounted how the name came into being while she was casually interacting at the national theatre. She shared how a friend introduced her to Korede Films, which eventually led to her landing a supporting role in one of his movies that was filmed in the Oshodi Oke area.
Revealing details about her spouse, Ronke Oshodi Oke revealed that their courtship extended over almost ten years before they eventually exchanged vows, pointing to his persistent and headstrong personality as a reason for the prolonged journey. The beautician divulged that they encountered continuous hurdles, causing her to question the feasibility of the marriage on various occasions.
In the end, Ronke Oshodi Oke disclosed that her husband had proposed on three distinct occasions before she eventually embraced his proposal after his third attempt.
