Fans are split in their opinions after Nigerian music heavyweights Davido and Wizkid were seen at the same club but reportedly avoided each other.
In a viral video, Davido was seen relaxing in the VIP section when Wizkid entered the venue. Despite the proximity, the two stars chose not to acknowledge each other, refraining from any interaction or exchange of greetings.
Wizkid left the club shortly after his arrival, fueling rumors of continued tension between him and Davido.
It’s important to note that the rivalry between the two Afrobeats giants, often regarded as the faces of the genre, was recently reignited after Wizkid went on a lengthy rant, publicly lashing out at Davido and his family.
Although they have displayed mutual respect in the past, Wizkid’s recent outburst on social media, which went unanswered by Davido, suggests ongoing tensions between the two.
