While not all artists have a rags-to-riches story, a recently surfaced old video of Seyi Vibez, whose real name is Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi, serves as a remarkable example of such a journey.
The “Kun fa yakun” crooner in the throwback clip captured the hearts of Nigerians, especially his fans, as he was seen freestyling while striving to make a name for himself in the music industry.
As of the current moment, Seyi Vibez is worth multi-millions of naira. In May 2023, he celebrated his success by gifting himself a palatial mansion. The singer also owns a Range Rover worth N40 million and a Chevrolet.
Seyi Vibez, who tragically lost his mother recently, also purchased a house for his father in the heart of Lagos State, Nigeria.
He gained recognition for his breakthrough single “Chance,” which was featured on his second studio album, “Billion Dollar Baby.” The song debuted at No. 19 on the UK Afrobeats singles chart and reached the seventh position on the TurnTable Top 100 chart.
