Yoruba Nollywood actor Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji, fondly known as Sisi Quadri, passed away on the 1st of March.
Oyebamiji had celebrated his 44th birthday on December 25, 2023.
Before his burial, funeral prayers were held at an open field near his residence. The prayers, attended by a large gathering of residents of Iwo, colleagues, and sympathizers, were followed by his interment at his residence in the Agbowo area of Iwo.
Sisi Quadri’s father has expressed gratitude on social media to President Bola Tinubu, Governor Adeleke of Osun State, former Governor Oluwo, as well as numerous kings for sending representatives to check on him.
Additionally, he extended his thanks to all the chief Imams of Iwo land, his son’s friends, and colleagues for their support and attendance at the burial ceremony.
