Renowned actor Tajudeen Oyewole, popularly known as Baba Abija, has sparked reactions by turning to social media to beg for money.
The 66-year-old actor, known for his captivating portrayals of traditionalists in Yoruba cinema, appears to be in a difficult situation.
Baba Abija revealed his predicament during a TikTok live session that has since gone viral, interacting with his followers while requesting financial assistance.
He prayed a lot for his followers, asking them to help him financially and asking for blessings, bearing the weight of his years and history behind him.
While pleading with his fans, he said;
“We will send it now Larry Larry. We will send it to the comment section. You will not be trapped by the evil people of this world. You will not live alone,” he said in Yoruba in the TikTok video
“You will grow old. Larry you will grow in sound health. I have sent the account details to the comment section of Baba Legba. I appreciate you.
“You will also not beg to survive. The real Igbalaye, thank you. You will not suffer in life. The account is in the comment section posted by Baba Legba. Thank you, everyone.”
