She expressed her surprise at the backlash and defended her choice, stating that she finds her outfits lovely and sees no issue with wearing them multiple times.
Regina Daniels emphasized that she owns other costumes that she has worn before and will continue to wear in the future. She clarified that she was unaware that as a celebrity, wearing the same clothing more than once would be deemed unacceptable.
Her response aimed to assert her autonomy over her fashion choices and dismiss the notion that celebrities must always wear new outfits for every occasion.
In her words: “Okay I think I just learnt you cannot wear an outfit twice being a celebrity. What should I do lai dis? Because I have plenty fine clothes I have worn and will still wear o.”
