Prominent Nigerian activist Oriyomi Hamzat has criticized Mohbad’s mother for allegedly neglecting her two sons and returning to her first husband.
Oriyomi Hamzat asserts that a responsible mother would never take such actions, regardless of her personal challenges, as her children should always be her top priority.
He further points out a lyric in one of Mohbad’s songs where the singer mentioned not having seen his mother for over 10 years, suggesting that it is not something a loving mother should do to her children.
