After the divisive open letter ignited a flurry of responses online, acclaimed filmmaker Toyin Abraham has penned a heartfelt note to express gratitude to those who supported her during her rise to fame.

In a recent post, Toyin shared a photo of herself alongside a lengthy message, acknowledging the individuals who provided guidance, opportunities, and unwavering support at the inception of her career.

Reflecting on their contributions, the “Ijakumo” star emphasized their instrumental role in shaping her journey, making it rich with experiences and smoothing its path.

Toyin Abraham expressed gratitude to industry stalwarts such as Fathia Williams, Saidi Balogun, Opeyemi Aiyeola, Muyiwa Ademola, Femi Adebayo, and Me Muyideeb, among others.

She singled out Iyabo Ojo for special thanks, acknowledging her for enriching her journey.

Additionally, she extended appreciation to marketers, producers, and directors who contributed tirelessly to their success. Despite not being able to mention everyone, she assured all individuals of her gratitude.

She wrote: Today, as I begin the week. I cast my mind back to those who made the journey of my life easier. Those God sent my way to guide, open doors for me, pick me up and were there for me especially in the early days of Yoruba movie industry.
