It’s important to note that Simi started her career as a gospel singer, debuting with her first album “Ogaju” in 2008. Despite releasing subsequent albums over the years, she remained without a record label when she sought to produce her “RESTLESS” EP in 2014.
Simi revealed that she taught herself how to record, mix, and master her music by watching tutorials on YouTube. Recently, she collaborated with fellow colleague Tiwa Savage on the hit song, “Men Are Crazy.”
