Twin sisters make history as they graduate with first class honour in Unilorin

A new benchmark of excellence and a historical moment was recently reached at the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) when twin sisters graduated with first class honors.

Getting a first-class degree is no easy task, and achieving it alongside your twin is a story to be told.

The sisters were pictured clutching their certificates and donning their graduation gowns when the happy news was tweeted using their usernames.

Their degrees demonstrated that they had both graduated with honors, attesting to their excellent achievement during their undergraduate studies.

The National Universities Commission (NUC) reports that a mere 2 percent of Nigerian graduates obtain the esteemed first-class degree distinction.
